Kevin Lonergan – Innovation Advisor
Kevin Lonergan brings a wealth of commercial acumen and extensive experience in raising investment to his role as an Adviser. In addition to the ongoing management of a portfolio of high growth clients Kevin will have responsibility for assisting with public and private sector funding packages and will manage and co-ordinate a number of legal and accountancy events. He will undertake commercial and technical appraisal of the business/product, assessing their needs with a view to formulating and implementing strategies for growth and competitiveness. Areas covered include; business planning and financial modelling, business funding, taxation, marketing analysis, strategy, financial control, people management and development and legal compliance.

With global experience in business, Ross bring expertise in commercialisation, marketing and technological innovation to the Alba team. In addition to the ongoing management of a portfolio of high growth clients Ross will have responsibility for organising a number of events around internationalisation and technology Marketing.

Michelle Hutcheson – Reception Manager
Michelle is the first point of contact at Alba Innovation Centre. She plays a key role in managing the client services for the Centre in terms of switchboard facilities, visitor greeting, room bookings, finance and office services. Michelle also manages the client accommodation within the Centre dealing with tenant movements in and out of the Centre as well as expansions. Communication is a key factor in Michelle’s role and she supports the marketing team through event marketing, social media and client communications for the Centre.
Michelle has a wealth of experience in the technology sector having started up and managed a music business. She is very business focussed and this wealth of experience helps her understand and deal with the requirements of an early stage technology business.
Colin Gardiner – Facilities Assistant
Colin heads up the facilities management operation within Alba Innovation Centre, liaising with contractors, implementing and checking health and safety procedures and undertaking the preventative or rectification maintenance for the building as and when required. Colin has a keen interest in environmental aspects involved in managing the building and is an expert in ensuring that the centre meets all relevant health and safety codes.
Colin has worked in another two Scottish based business centres where he has carried out a range of administration and facilities roles.
Claire McHarg - Receptionist
Claire acts as one of the first points of contact to people entering the Alba Innovation Centre, and has a wide range of administrative duties including handing calls and organising post.
